🔐  Terms of Service (Khmer ver)

By Ordering a commission, You are automatically accepting my Terms of Service.

1. ✿ I have the right to decline the work If it doesn't fit my Scheduled, or any other reasons.

2. ✿ I have the right to stop or cancel the work if the Client is rude, hard or unable to communicate with.

3. ✿ No Refund or Cancel after I confirmed to start the work.

4. ✿ I will be credited when you post the artwork online, or in the product where possible (where possible). 

5. ✿ You are not allowed to distribute, Reselling the digital file or source file or claiming as your own artwork.

6. ✿ I have the right to post the artwork on my social media, website, portfolio.

7. ✿  You must pay the initial Payment 50%  before I start working. After finishing the work you will need to pay the rest of the payment before I send you the finish artwork.

8. ✿ You must not use the artwork in any bad intentions or cause any harm to me or anyone.

9. ✿  The art work will be send as a digital file format such as  .PNG, Jpeg  or PSD only. No Vector format. 

10. ✿ If the commission is for Commercial Purpose, I must be notified at the start.

11. ✿ You may not edit, alter, trace the artwork without my written permission.

• ✮ Personal Use License:  Social media Profile, Print for Personal, Anything non profit.

• ✮ Commercial Use License:  Use as brand logo, in app, in game, animation , website, Put on T-shirt design for your shop or company, banner, Poster, Book cover.
